Installers Academy

We train the next generation of certified solar technicians, with a focus on youth who have been shut out of formal education pathways. Our programme targets young people from rehabilitation centres and informal settlements who are not in employment, education, or training, equipping them with the practical skills needed to qualify for certification and licensing by the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA).

We also run a dedicated women-only initiative that trains women and teenage mothers in solar photovoltaic technology. This stream is designed to open doors into a sector where women remain underrepresented, improving job prospects and creating a pathway to long-term socio-economic independence.
